The Jones Company Receives A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau
Categories: News |
The Jones Company was recently notified that the Better Business Bureau has rated them a perfect A+ company.
According to the Better Business Bureau, in most cases, complaint history will drive a business’ letter grade rating. They focus on the number of and severity of complaints and how a business resolves them. The rating system assigns a letter grade based on a computer-generated formula that takes into account 16 different factors. Nearly 85% of the scoring is determined by consumer-reported complaints.
“We are most definitely thrilled with the A+ rating we received, and will continue to work hard every day to maintain this perfect rating,” said Richard Chapman, president and partner of The Jones Company. “I commend each and every Jones Company employee for achieving such a huge accomplishment.”
The Jones Company has built nearly 3,000 homes in Middle Tennessee since 1995. Just recently, the company made a major commitment of investing hundreds of thousands of dollars over the next few years by making “Green” homes a standard offering for every home they build from now on.
