So – while we very ”roughly” fall into the category of a “production” builder (if you’re not “custom” you’re lumped into the “production” category), that does NOT mean that we don’t allow you to choose what you want.  However, compared to the highly custom builders who let you pick every single item that goes into your home – down to the brand of lumber…we make it much simpler than that. We have already made some of those harder decisions for you – based on our 80+ Years experience in building homes.  So – in the end -it takes the pressure off you, PLUS it makes the process go more smoothly and quickly than if you had to, say, spend hours and hours trying to pick the brand of carpet you wanted. 

BUT – back to the point in #1 – we DO allow you to pick from a VERY WIDE VARIETY of custom options, upgrades, features, and even room layouts.  All of these options are pre-priced and allow you to choose what you want from a “menu” of possibilities…to make your home’s “flavor” exactly what you want it to be!  YOUR HOME, YOUR WAY…you see a theme here??

2) We aren’t some huge publicly traded homebuilder – whose decisions are based on what our “Board of Directors” has to say.  We base our decisions on YOU and what YOU have to say.

3) We are a LOCAL company, with local folks, running the show and here to help you throughout every step of the way…but we also have 80+ Years experience doing what we do – building homes, and enhancing people’s lives.

 

4) We build all our homes according to the guidelines set forth by the NAHB Green Building Standard – at no extra charge to our customers!  But more importantly – we TEST all our homes to ensure that they MEASURE UP!  Your home’s performance depends on this testing – so it’s important to us! What does that mean – you save BIG BUCKS over the course of a year on your energy bills – up to 42% according to a recent study!
