The Hometown Cottage Series offers homes ranging in size from approximately 1,747 – 2,879 sq. ft., and can be seen at The Cottages at The Villages of Clovercroft, Broadgate at McKay's Mill - both of which are in Franklin - Normandy Heights in Mt. Juliet, Wade's Grove in Spring Hill, Lakeside Meadows in Hermitage, and Bent Creek in Nolensville.

Our Hometown Village Series offers homes from approximately 2,471 sq. ft. to over 3,500 sq. ft. and can be viewed at Villages at The Villages of Clovercroft, or Broadgate at McKay's Mill - both in Franklin - as well as The Reserve at Bent Creek in Nolensville, and Belshire in Spring Hill.

Appealing to both growing and mature families, the Hometown Collection gives you space where you NEED it. Our kitchens and baths are efficient and functional. We offer large family rooms, bonus rooms standard in most plans, and secondary bedrooms that are comparable in size to other builders' master bedrooms! Plus, we offer walk-in closets in every bedroom of almost every plan.

By choosing from our wide variety of elevations and colors, a Hometown Collection home can be an outward reflection of its owner's own unique personality and tastes. We have also pre-priced a large number of interior options so that you can personalize your home and know exactly how much of an investment you are going to make up front. You can upgrade your carpets and cabinets, add electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures, decorative crown moulding, and even bookcases. To continue to provide these options at the very best prices, we have a policy of not offering options that are not on our pre-priced selections list. However, our selections list provides hundreds of opportunities to customize your home to meet your individual wants, needs, and desires.
